Dog Training: Patience and Time Required

​Training a dog takes time. Always has, always will.

Training your dog takes time and lots of patience. People who rush drop out because they don’t see the results they expected.

I see it in dog sports, pet dog training and all dog training.  When a person’s mind is made up they quit. They blame the dog, the trainer, the family, the dog park, the vet, and the list goes on.

Most dogs just want your undivided attention. All dogs need food. Something they look to us to supply.

Dogs want to please but sometimes get confused as to what to do.
